In this group we insert the new collections of carpets from the classic design with medallion, floral carpets and decorative rugs or stylized from Central Asia: Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and India. For clarity of each collection indicate the technical characteristics.

Ziegler is the name of the company that produced beautiful carpets in Iran Arak, the old Sultanabad; some of these specimens also espoused themes dear to carpets of Agra (India). Today the carpets in Pakistan with drawings Agra are improperly defined Ziegler. This name has become so popular that force me to adopt it to define this current manufacture. I removed the "and" calling for Zigler rigor. In modern manufacturing we call by that name the carpets from Pakistan who adopt a design that recalls the carpets once marketed by the firm Ziegler. Features: Node Ghiordes symmetrical. Warp semidepresso. Two weft threads in cotton. Hand spun wool. Vegetable colors.
