Our restoration shop is located at the Castelvetro Piacentino facility and uses the services of Ufuklar Ercan, our restoration expert.
We can perform any type of restoration work, even the most delicate; we use old, hand spun yarns for the restoration of antique carpets.
When we receive a carpet for restoration, first we assess whether or not we can restore it and to what extent; then we issue a cost estimate for the maximum cost of the restoration work.
Once the restoration has been completed, the cost will be based on the number of hours employed at an hourly cost of Euro 27.00. The average waiting times are between 30 and 40 days..
