We guarantee, in compliance with C.C. art.1490/1491:

1) that all items are exclusively hand-knotted;
2) the originality, the provenance, the quality, the date of manufacture;
3) everything stated on the website and in e-mail correspondence with the client.

The purchaser will receive a written guarantee either with the shipment or by mail together with a regular invoice.


GUARANTEE PROCEDURES

When the purchase is confirmed by sending your personal data to the secure server, the bank blocks the total amount to hold the item, but does not withdraw the money. The money is withdrawn, at our request 10 (ten) days after receipt of goods, and then ONLY if there are no claims made by the purchaser; in the case of a claim, the purchaser has 10 (ten) days to return the goods. The purchaser will only be charged for shipping; obviously the goods must not be damaged.
Please remember that the carpets are insured during shipping for an amount equal to the price paid by the purchaser.
As reported in the table, the calculated shipping costs are less than our actual costs.


MORANDI GUARANTEE

Upon the expiration of the 10 (ten) day period and once the purchase has been formally completed, it is possible to exchange the item purchased for another one priced approximately 50% more than the purchased item.
The returned carpet shall be assessed in consideration of the amount paid, less the cost of cleaning only. In this case the shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser. Naturally, the item must be in the same condition as at the moment of purchase.


RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

With the Guarantee, the Guarantee procedures and the Morandi Guarantee, Italian legislation on the right to withdrawal from the contract is fully applied.
