Kirman Raver, ancient Persian carpet knotted in the village of Ravar near Kirman Iran southern Persia territory of Fahrs. The Ravers, very fine in knotting, low shaved, with these unmistakable shades of pink, beige and pale yellows, are the precursors of the so-called Laver kirman knotted in large quantities in the 20th century.
