Bibikabad, very fine antique Persian carpet. Kurdish area at the foot of the Ferahan plateau. Carpets like this one knotted at the end of the 19th century are normally referred to by the prestigious name of Ferahan. There are two reasons for this, the first is that few know how to specifically recognize the carpets of this village, the second is that the name Ferahan is more profitable.
