Old Sirdjan interesting both for the quality dell'annodatura (tight and compact but at the same time subtle and soft) and for the interesting iconography. The carpet in slightly lower level in the complex is well preserved thin and sturdy has all the features of the antique pieces while being knotted between 1920 and 1930.

We define old knotted carpets interwar or in the next two decades. They still hand spun wool and some vegetable colors. In this group, the earliest manufacturers of the city of Kum (Goom) and Isfahan, characterized by the extreme refinement of the node and the use of silk in both the structure (warp and weft) is in the fleece.

Iconografia molto complessa che comprende motivi tipici dei Gabbeh insieme ad anfore e fasi più caratteristici di tappeti di città; albero della vita centrale e bordura caucasica con inseriti motivi arcaici tutti da studiare.
Anche se non è presente la classica Mirahb il tappeto può essere usato da preghiera in quanto si può direzionare verso la Mecca.
