When a carpet is sold it is removed from the site.
Sometimes the carpets are given to a client on trial, and in this case, as well, they are removed from the website during the trial period. Should the client decide not to purchase the carpet, it is returned to the website. |

The biggest difference between on-line shopping and in-store shopping is that the cost of the goods is not charged to your credit card until the transaction has been completed, i.e. after a 10 day period from the receipt of the goods during which the customer has the possibility to notify us (even simply by e-mail) the intention to return the goods. This possibility allows the customer all of the time needed to decide, without worrying about reimbursement, because until the end of this 10 period the cash does not leave the client’s account. In any case, even once the purchase is complete, the customer still has the Morandi guarantee which can always be used to exchange the purchased item for another. |

How are the goods shipped? |

We use the best couriers: DHL TNT UPS.
You can consult the site of the company specified in the e-mail confirming the shipment, and check the progress of the shipment on-line: goods are shipped by ground transportation to destinations in Europe and by air to the rest of the world.
Shipping times are generally no longer than three working days. In particular cases (islands or places especially difficult to reach), shipping may take up to a week. |

Is there an additional charge for shipping? |

The shipping costs are clearly indicated; because the packages are small, the shipping costs are generally reasonable, and almost always less than the savings obtained with the 5% discount for immediate purchase. |

If the carpet is damaged during shipping, can you replace it? |

Unfortunately, we cannot. These hand-knotted carpets are one-of-a-kind, therefore it is impossible to replace them with another identical item. However, each shipment is insured, so in the case of goods damaged in shipping your credit card will not be charged, or you will be immediately reimbursed for the amount paid. |

What if I am almost never home? How will the package be delivered? |

You can request a scheduled delivery, although this may cause a delay in the delivery time. It is much more practical to have the package sent to a neighbor or friend; to do this you must indicate two addresses: yours for the invoice, and the address of a neighbor or friend for the delivery. |

Have your order shipped to your closest or most convenient pick-up point.
Indicate the address to which the goods are to be shipped, as well as your address for dispatch of the invoice. |
