The carpets in the village of Mazlagan are instantly recognizable by the distinctive design of the rhomboidal medallion "flame". Perhaps photography does not do justice to the time-diluted colors of this old Persian carpet. This piece also has another feature, adopts inside the medallion and in the angulars the pink pattern French called gul faranghe literally foreign flower.

We define old knotted carpets interwar or in the next two decades. They still hand spun wool and some vegetable colors. In this group, the earliest manufacturers of the city of Kum (Goom) and Isfahan, characterized by the extreme refinement of the node and the use of silk in both the structure (warp and weft) is in the fleece.
