Bellissimo esemplare di Shirvan "Gubpa": questa parola significa uccello rosso del sole decorato con artigli d'aquila o, anche, la fenice che è simbolo di Ra, dio del sole. La sua particolarità risiede nel fatto che questo simbolo tanto arcaico è annodato solo nella parte inferiore del tappeto. Bella patina di tutto l'insieme, intriganti e sempre affascinanti asimmetrie iconografiche, deliziosi...leggi tutto i colori dei tre medaglioni scalettati. Da notare, inoltre, che le foglie di quercia delle 2 lunghe bordure non sono, come al solito, interrotte dai calici ma li formano esse stesse. Pezzo veramente raro e in discreto stato di conservazione: peccato sia mancante di una parte della testata superiore nella quale sono appena accennate le roselline a contorno di tutta questa opera d'arte.
